Ouch! What's he doing? -Scrolling cos you bore him!
Don't tap the glass dear, those are fish, not apps.
Can you spot the child who still knows how to dream and use her imagination?
Next generation in nursery
It's sad to see others playing outside. They must not be fortunate enough to have a phone.
I'm a high schooler without a phone and I don't want one. It seems like every kid wants a phone now. I am never allowed a phone and I don''t want one (gasp!). (…) I'm living proof that a teen can live without a phone and not want one. And it's a shame that I have to call myself living proof.
My sister's phone (she's six) - The phone I had when I was six
I've seen my brother make it bounce - I guess the batteries in the game controller are dead.

'Surviving the Coronavirus Without a Screen', by Pita O'Kray - found in the Wall Street journal - As an 11-year old reader (…) Unfortunatelly, our world has substituted family time with screen time and technology. Additional pastimes that the kids in our family enjoy are writing and sending letters through the mail, pretend play in our tree house and building a big stick fort as a family in the woods. As a consequence of this exceptional time, I hope all families can come to learn and appreciate the importance of true (nonscreen) family time.
So glad I grew up doing this (laughing by the river), not this (being glued to my phone)
Screen time yesterday and today
Kites, past, present

Propaganda and brainwashing book for children
"Finally a child without a cell phone. Playing in a healthy way…" - Ridiculous backlash propaganda, in case too many people ditch their phones. Playing with a cellphone is just as bad, if not worse than playing with a snake... especially when the snake is harmless!
